Accasette Garment 2
Launches In-House Printing & Embroidery Facilities

Hand Seven International’s Accasette Garment 2 factory in Binh Duong, Vietnam, has officially launched its in-house printing and embroidery facilities. This initiative strengthens H7’s vertical integration, allowing the company to deliver higher efficiency, consistent quality, and greater production flexibility to meet the needs of global brand partners.

Advanced Printing Technology

The facility is equipped with three 26-color automatic printing machines and a manual printing area with 26 tables, offering a wide range of screen-printing capabilities including water-based, high-density, silicone, discharge, flock transfer, foil transfer, puff, and other effects.
It supports both small-batch and bulk production, with a total printing capacity of approximately 624,000–858,000 pieces per month.

Precision Embroidery Capability

The embroidery section is equipped with two TAJIMA multi-head embroidery machines, capable of handling complex, multi-color embroidery designs with high precision.
Production capacity reaches approximately 85,000 embroidery patches per 8-hour shift.

Comprehensive Technical & Quality Management

Supporting areas include a Screen Pattern Tech Room with automatic coating and LED UV exposure systems, and an Epson SureColor T3270 film printer for digital precision.
The facility also houses an internal laboratory, a QC inspection team, and a biological wastewater treatment system (12 tons/24 hrs) to ensure compliance and sustainability.
A negative-pressure air fan with wet pad cooling system helps maintain comfortable and environmentally friendly working conditions.

Strategic Advantage

Located in Binh Duong Province, the facility is strategically close to H7’s textile mill and garment factories, as well as other apparel manufacturers in the region. This proximity significantly reduces fabric and cut-panel transportation time, enabling faster production response and helping shorten the overall lead time offered to customers.
